At Vauvert, we are proud to foster leadership, responsibility and a strong pupil voice throughout our community. Our Pupil Leadership Team is an important initiative that empowers children from Year 2 to Year 6 to take an active role in shaping school life. With two representatives appointed from each class, pupils have the opportunity to share ideas, provide feedback, and influence decisions that help our school continue to grow and improve. This year‑long commitment encourages children to develop confidence, communication skills and a sense of ownership over their school experience.

Our Pupil Leadership Team plays a meaningful part in many aspects of school life. They attend half termly meetings, represent the views of their classmates, and collaborate with staff on key projects and whole school initiatives. Acting as positive role models, they help support events, contribute to school development, and ensure that every pupil’s voice is heard. Through their dedication and teamwork, our Pupil Leaders help strengthen our inclusive, aspirational and community focused ethos at Vauvert.
