Vauvert Primary School

At Vauvert, our Rights Stars play a vital role in championing children rights under the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools iniative, for which we are proud to hold the Silver Award. Representing classes across the school, they help ensure that children’s rights are understood, celebrated and embedded in everyday school life.

As part of their year‑long role, our Rights Stars meet to explore key rights‑based themes, promote positive relationships, and support whole‑school initiatives linked to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. They work closely with staff and peers to raise awareness, lead campaigns and encourage everyone in our community to act with kindness, fairness and responsibility.

Through their enthusiasm and leadership, our Rights Stars help strengthen our inclusive ethos and ensure that every pupil feels valued, heard and respected.
